I cannot afford the german courses
-> No problem, you can attend for free. For every hour you get for free, you need to volunteer for 2 hours. You first need to volunteer 1 week and then you can attend the next week for free. You would volunteer talking to elderly people via Videocall in need of companionship, therefore you can only apply if you will volunteer at least for an entire German course A1-B1. This way we can guarantee the elderly people a chat partner that doesnt change very often.
We have AI systems in place which scan live conversations for scam and fraud. We take this very serious and we will turn to the police in your home-country and in Germany and Switzerland if you try to rip-off the elderly person. Your chance to learn for free or get our help to find a job will be anullated as well.

Verantwortlichkeiten
- You will take on various IT projects – from administration using Microsoft Intune, to setting up entire networks and installing a new firewall (e.g. Fortinet) at the customer's site, to the complete migration of a local server to the cloud.
- You will analyze the initial situation, identify the customer's needs, and develop appropriate solutions.
- You will provide second and third level support for existing customers in the areas of MS Server/Client, Office 365, backup systems, etc.
- You will support your teammates with your IT expertise
Must-have
- You have solid training in computer science (e.g., computer scientist EFZ platform) and/or relevant further training.
- You have several years of experience with MS 365 (mail/Teams)/network configuration, server installation (VMware), Azure, backup systems, etc.
- You have implemented or coordinated complex projects.
- You have good communication skills, are a doer, and enjoy visiting customers.
- You have a good command of written and spoken German.
- You are fundamentally curious and eager to learn about topics such as new technologies, storage, cloud, or Azure.

You will need to verify your identity by making a bank transfer of 10 EUR. The name of the SEPA bank account must match the name on the CV. This 10 EUR will not be refunded. We do not require you to send us a copy of your passport or ID - but you might need to send it to your future employer.
