Why this role?
Franchising and digital platforms such as Hotmart play a key role in scaling our services across international markets. As a Franchise Management Intern, you will assist in building and automating our franchising and digital sales processes, including the preparation of clear video guides and documentation. This is a unique opportunity to learn how modern online platforms enable global growth — while being guided by our management team and external experts.
We offer
- Remote internship, full-time: 9 AM – 5 PM (CET)
- Allowance (covering internet, laptop usage, coworking space)
- Official participation certificate, can also be recognized as a mandatory internship depending on university requirements
- Exposure to franchise management, digital sales automation, and international business models
- Career pathway: after completing the internship, support in accessing full-time roles in Germany or Switzerland, with possible visa sponsorship if required
Tasks
- Support the automation of sales processes on Hotmart and similar platforms
- Develop and maintain video tutorials and guides for our franchise partners
- Assist in structuring our franchising network, ensuring consistency and clarity
- Collaborate with project managers, marketing, and legal teams to align franchise materials
- Monitor performance metrics and propose improvements in sales automation workflows
Profile
- Student or Graduate of Business Administration, Marketing, International Management, or related fields
- Strong interest in franchising, digital platforms, and scalable sales processes
- Good written and spoken English; Spanish or German are a plus but not required
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in learning new tools and methods
- Comfortable working in an international, digital-first environment
Nice to have
- Experience with Hotmart, Kajabi, Teachable, or other e-learning / sales platforms
- Knowledge of video editing or instructional content creation
- Interest in process automation or workflow tools
- Ambition to grow into roles in international franchise management or digital business operations
