The KI|E|RO solutions is offering an HR Internship leading to a full-time role.
KIERO Solutions (Switzerland) is a non-profit association fostering innovative solutions in Artificial Intelligence, E-Business, Robotics, and Data Protection. Together with our partner Besserenjob (Lehder SAS, Bogotá), we connect international clients with top talent and support companies in their digital transformation.
We offer
- Remote internship, full-time: 9 AM – 5 PM (Swiss time)
- Allowance (covering internet, laptop usage)
- Use of Desktime for activity tracking – almost like working on-site and therefore suitable for obligatory internships from university.
- Official participation certificate, can also be recognized as a mandatory internship depending on university requirements
- Practical experience in international recruitment, HRTech, and digital business environments
Responsibilities
- Identify and source suitable roles in Spain, Germany, and Switzerland for our clients
- Manage and maintain our recruitment platforms
- Attract new clients via social media outreach and campaigns
- Collaborate with project managers and the international team to meet client needs
Must-have
- Student of BA / BSc / MA or fresh graduate of Human Resources, Business Administration, International Relations, or similar
- Strong interest in Ai, recruitment, client management, and social media marketing
- No German or Spanish required – AI tools and workflows help bridge the language gap
- Self-driven, communicative, and eager to learn in a multicultural environment
- Openness to explore additional fields like AI-driven recruitment tools
Nice to have
- Preference for candidates with knowledge of German or Spanish; we also encourage you to learn these languages during your internship
- Knowledge of social media marketing strategies and tools (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Google Adwords)
- Basic skills in Python development and working with databases or willingnes to learn
- Plans to relocate to Germany or Switzerland after completing the internship
