Together with our partner Besserenjob (Lehder SAS, Bogotá), we support international clients in areas such as LegalTech, HRTech, cross-border recruitment, and international migration services.
Why this role?
Migration law is complex and highly dynamic — yet it is central to our mission of helping individuals and companies move and work across borders. As an International Legal Migration Intern, you will gain hands-on experience assisting clients with international migration inquiries. While we do not expect perfection, we encourage you to take initiative, and you can always reach out to our team for guidance when matters are unclear.
You will also research and prepare informative papers and videos on migration topics, helping clients and the public better understand the legal frameworks for moving to Spain, Germany, and Switzerland. This internship is both a learning journey and a chance to make a real impact in people’s lives.
We offer
- Remote internship, full-time: 9 AM – 5 PM (CET)
- Allowance (covering internet, laptop usage)
- Official participation certificate from a Swiss association and a Colombian law firm — can also be recognized as a mandatory internship depending on university requirements

- Career pathway: after completing the internship (and, if applicable, a German course), we support you in finding a full-time role in Germany or Switzerland, including visa sponsorship if required
Tasks
- Support clients with their questions regarding international legal migration
- Draft and structure documents, guides, and case notes for internal and client use
- Prepare content (papers, FAQs, videos) to explain migration processes in an accessible way
- Collaborate with our legal, HR, and project management teams to ensure accurate information
- Assist in building workflows with AI tools that simplify and accelerate migration-related processes
Profile
- Student or graduate of Law, International Relations, Political Science, or related fields
- Strong interest in migration law, compliance, and cross-border employment
- Good written and spoken English; German and/or Spanish are a plus but not required
- Analytical mindset, proactive attitude, and willingness to learn
- Ability to communicate complex legal topics in a clear, structured, and simple way
Nice to have
- Prior experience with legal research, compliance, or immigration consulting
- Knowledge of social media or content creation, especially for legal topics
- Interest in AI-assisted legal workflows
- Plans to relocate to Germany or Switzerland after completing the internship
