Together with our partner Besserenjob (Lehder SAS, Bogotá), we work with international clients across Europe and LATAM, helping them in digital transformation, HRTech, LegalTech, and cross-border recruitment.

Why this role?

Client relationships are at the core of our success. As a Key Account Manager Intern, you will learn how to manage and grow client accounts in an international environment. You’ll assist in contract handling with our legal team, maintain ongoing contact with potential and existing clients, and support our client acquisition activities on social media. This internship is ideal for those who want to develop strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills while working closely with senior managers.

We offer

  • Remote internship, full-time: 9 AM – 5 PM (CET)
  • Allowance (covering internet, laptop usage)
  • Official participation certificate, can also be recognized as a mandatory internship depending on university requirements
  • Direct mentoring from senior management and exposure to international client negotiations
  • A career pathway: possibility to transition into a full-time account management role in Switzerland or Germany, with visa sponsorship if required 
  • Free German course (worth up to €5,000)

Tasks

  • Support management of client relationships across Switzerland, Germany, Spain, and LATAM
  • Assist in preparing and reviewing contracts with our legal team
  • Nurture potential clients and long-term relationships
  • Contribute to social media campaigns for client acquisition and visibility
  • Coordinate follow-ups with project managers to keep communication smooth

Profile

  • Student or Graduate of Business Administration, International Management, Law, or similar
  • Strong interest in client management, contracts, and business development
  • Excellent communication in English; German/Spanish are a plus but not required
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable with international clients
  • Confident engaging across cultures and industries

Nice to have

  • Early experience in sales, client relations, or account management
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn or CRM tools
  • Interest in B2B social media marketing
  • Ambition to build a career in international account management
